For people who need full-time care and support you can use your Support at Home package to access 24-hour, 7 days a week support in one of our facilities, ensuring continuous care and support.

Supported living with Iris Aged Care
Iris Aged Care owns and manages two Supported Residential Service (SRS) homes. As private residences, they are considered your home, allowing your Support at Home package to be delivered within either setting and complement your care as your needs change.
